Overall these guys are top notch. With the exception of one visit, I have never had any problems with the quality of work. With that said, my recent visit resulted in several shock absober bolts not being tightened properly. They apologized and corrected the issue on the spot and there was no damage to my car. This is by no means a common occurance, in fact it is the first incident in 15 or more years of service to my cars. More
