Marvin actually listened to what we had to say, about what we wanted and could afford to spend and how we wanted to be treated and then actually respected our wishes. He was not pushy, did not lie to us what we wanted and could afford to spend and how we wanted to be treated and then actually respected our wishes. He was not pushy, did not lie to us and tried to accommodate us to the best of his ability. We have found in the past that buying a new car from a dealership can be an emotionally and physically painful experience. This was not the case with Marvin. Therefore, knowing what car we wanted, and knowing that we had options when it came to doing business, we chose to do business with Marvin, and Sierra Toyota. More

Marvin did an excellent job of demonstrating and describing everything the 2011 Camry has to offer. He answered all of my questions. Marvin made me feel at ease during the shopping and buying process. I did not feel pressured. I was extremely happy with the price of the car and the price for my trade-in. This purchase of a new Scion Xb was the most pleasant auto purchase I can remember and I have been buying cars for 45 years. Most friendly and enjoyable car-buying experience I have ever had. My salesman, Thomas Villarreal, was knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the great options and aspects of my 2011 Prius. I knew exac ever had. My salesman, Thomas Villarreal, was knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the great options and aspects of my 2011 Prius. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I wanted was exactly what was delivered. Since I was so particular about what I was looking for, my car had to be ordered back in January and Thomas routinely emailed or called me to keep in touch and update me on the latest date the car was expected in Sierra Vista. The price he set for my purchase in January was the price that was still in place when I picked up the car this week, plus there was an additional $500 rebate that happened to be in place and I was offered it on the spot so it was actually $500 less than I had agreed to ... imagine that for a car-buying experience! My new Prius arrived at the Sierra Toyota lot 4 days ago ... it is immaculate. Elsie, the owner and manager of Sierra Toyota and many of her staff came by to introduce themselves and made me feel very comfortable. A truly professional dealership and I would highly recommend salesman Thomas and all of the Sierra Toyota staff to anyone looking to buy a new car in Southern Arizona.
