First the price I paid for the car was not bad. However the customer service left a lot to be desired. I had my own financing had emailed and called to work the deal. Once I arrived at the dealership I was passed off to a not so friendly individual who only wanted to get me to sign the paperwork and get me out of the store. Also they were very upset when I presented what other Toyota dealerships were charging and I was told then go buy that product from them they didn't care. If it was not the car that my wife wanted I would absolutely not have done business with this dealership. As it is Sierra Vista has slim picking for credible dealerships. Overall satisfaction is very low. More

Carlos has been very helpful to me in selecting a vehicle. When my attention ywas focused on the Prius Carlos showed me many of the features; he was very knowledgeable. I've been visiting Sierra Toyota for a full year, having a cup of coffee and looking at the various cars that you have in your showroom. Carlos has always been patient with me on each visit and has always taken the time to greet me when I walk in and spend time with me, even though it possibl appeared to him that I would never buy a car. I will continue to come by for a cup of coffee and continue to keep up to date on your automobiles. Who knows, I might just trade in my wife's 2006 Toyota Highlander for a new one. More

Right when I walked into the dealership I could tell it was going to be a no nonsense experience. I like that. Marvin let me know everything that was going to happen upfront and went right to the point on was going to be a no nonsense experience. I like that. Also Marvin was able to keep a smile on my face through the whole experience. Even when I was being undecided and going back and forth at one point, Marvin kept very friendly and determined to help me out. Not once did I feel uncomfortable while I was at Toyota. I've bought cars before and you can tell when someone is getting a little frustrated, not in Marvin's case. I really appreciate that. More

Monday, Dec. 26th was the first time we've visited your dealership. We were in S.V. for other reasons, but decided to stop and check out new Camrys. Brenda wanted a new, sporty vehicle with 6-cyl engine. M dealership. We were in S.V. for other reasons, but decided to stop and check out new Camrys. Brenda wanted a new, sporty vehicle with 6-cyl engine. Marvin Morris met with us and was very good at answering her questions and showing her the differences in the various Camrys. She ultimately decided on a Camry XLE but wanted a darker interion color. Learned it wasn't available. After mulling over other options for a whole week, we learned that XLE was still available. She had decided she could live with the lighter interior color. Mr. Morris was on his day off, but said he'd meet us and complete the deal. Mr. Morris was very attentive and patient. I appreciated that he doesn't act like a "car salesman". His handling of the whole purchase process left us with a pleasant aftertaste. I also commend Mr. Leffelman's handling of the financial details. Their method of handling this deal left us with a very good feeling for this dealership. We will recommend Sierra Toyota to others.
