As I walk into a car dealership I have this feeling that I need to be ready to jump up and down just to get them to listen to my requests and interests. I don't care what you have to offer I already know wh I need to be ready to jump up and down just to get them to listen to my requests and interests. Talking and dealing with Mr. Vock was a very pleasant and educational experience. He heard my concerns and best of all what I wasn't looking for. His customer service skills are exceptional and the knowledge of all the vehicles we tried was extreme. He immediately had my best interest for the type of vehicle I was looking for. I felt that Carlos was very helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in but I was not as happy with the dealership. Truthfully, it was the helpfulness of Carlos that led me to buy the vehicle and not the dealership itself, and this was only after they finally brought the vehicle into town. More
