We have been looking for three months to try and find a vehicle that meets our needs. Our search primarily included Honda and Ford/Lincoln dealers in the region. All in all no one seeemed interested in try vehicle that meets our needs. Our search primarily included Honda and Ford/Lincoln dealers in the region. All in all no one seeemed interested in trying to find us "what we wanted". We spent quite a bit of our own time on line trying to find inventory for the various choices we had made. However the dealers collectivly were more interested in selling what they had and or locating what they thought could be "sustituted" for what we wanted. The Toyota experience however was excellent and with the help of our sales person, Pablo Xibille, we were able to get precisely what we wanted in a short period of time. We were treated like valued customers and the Dealer obviously wanted our business. Our sales person spent quite a bit of time with us, knew the vehicles well, and kept closly in touch with us during the entire selection process. We are very pleased. The salesmen were fantastic. While a man has his questions to ask about a new vehicle, a woman has completely different ones. I also felt the whole experience was different than any I had experienced in the past. Not only did we get that great test drive with my hubby getting to drive, but we were given two "tours" of the car, pointing out it's features and how to work them. So much of our sales was conducted online and over the phone since we do not live in SV. We had not even sat in the car yet, or opened the door for that matter. We drove to SV twice to look at it in the evening. The dealership was closed but the lights were on in the lot for people like us who prefer to look first by ourselves. What a great experience! I knew exactly what I wanted and what I wanted was exactly what was delivered. Since I was so particular about what I was looking for, my car had to be ordered back in January and Thomas routinely emailed or called me to keep in touch and update me on the latest date the car was expected in Sierra Vista. The price he set for my purchase in January was the price that was still in place when I picked up the car this week, plus there was an additional $500 rebate that happened to be in place and I was offered it on the spot so it was actually $500 less than I had agreed to ... imagine that for a car-buying experience! My new Prius arrived at the Sierra Toyota lot 4 days ago ... it is immaculate. Elsie, the owner and manager of Sierra Toyota and many of her staff came by to introduce themselves and made me feel very comfortable.
