Very disappointed. I wrote a good review 2 years ago. This time they told us we needed to replace the cabin filter. If they had looked, they would have seen it was new. I wrote a good review 2 years ago. This time they told us we needed to replace the cabin filter. If they had looked, they would have seen it was new. They overfilled the oil. Replaced a chrome cap with a plastic one. Didn't check the tire tread. When we called the service manager, he didn't seem to care. More

I have only one complaint, the last two times I have had the truck worked on, there have been greasy finger prints. This is by far the best experience I’ve had with a dealership. I’ve been looking for a Tacoma for quite a while. They had the exactly what I wanted with no added market fees.
