Told it would take 2 hours. It took 2-1/2 hours only after I inquired after it had been more than two hours. Was told car was out for test drive. Half hour test drive? I booked an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and checkup. In addition I said I needed the tire light turned off. When I picked up the car, the tire light was still on. Didn’t appreciate that no one noticed light on still and didn’t appreciate having to come back again.
