The dealership as a whole was great, it was clean, everyone was nice and knowledgeable except our salesman, Jeff. Jeff was very condescending towards woman and could not answer simple questions about everyone was nice and knowledgeable except our salesman, Jeff. Jeff was very condescending towards woman and could not answer simple questions about the vehicle. He came off being very misogynistic and argumentative with us and wouldn't listen to the customer. I would definitely use Sierra Toyota again but I would never deal with Jeff again. He almost lost the sale for Sierra Toyota. More

I have always had a good experience at Sierra Toyota, except the other day when we came in for our our oil change, sat there for two hours only to find that our car never got serviced. We were able to co except the other day when we came in for our our oil change, sat there for two hours only to find that our car never got serviced. We were able to come in and got it done in 45 minutes two days later. As we live 45 minutes from town, and I had to take time off from work to come in, the first visit was a real inconvenience. More
