Jared Pangus is outstanding to deal with, he answered all my questions and explained in detail everything I asked about. He even wrote notes on the service ticket for the technician to read so there wasn’t a my questions and explained in detail everything I asked about. I drive almost 80 miles each way to Sierra Toyota instead of the two Toyota dealers I have right by my house which should tell you just how great of a dealership they are. Going in I said all I wanted was an oil change, oil filter change and tire rotation. Nothing more was needed.When the car was ready I was told that a new engine air filter was installed. It didn't need filter change and tire rotation. Nothing more was needed.When the car was ready I was told that a new engine air filter was installed. It didn't need an engine air filter because I checked it found it to be clean. When I told them there was nothing wrong with the filter that was there, it was taken off the billing statement. This make upset and unhappy with my service experience. More
