The moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and was greeted right away. The buying portion went well except for: 1. a misunderstanding about military discount; and 2. after buying being told I have no greeted right away. The buying portion went well except for: 1. a misunderstanding about military discount; and 2. after buying being told I have no choice to add an app to my phone before leaving (this needs to be explained early in the process so as not to be surprised). Training is required to ensure each one understands how to connect phone to auto. It took two staff to connect mine. More
