I had the best service experience at Sierra Subaru would! Rafael Ibarra went out of his way to make my first visit exceptional! While I was waiting he sent me a video update of what was happening during service to my car and what the findings were. At check out he advised me of what was needed for my next service. He escorted me out to show me where my car was when finished. Best service! Thank you Rafael for being an excellent service manager and making me feel so comfortable.
