The actual service on my car was fine as far as I can tell, so far I haven't experienced any issues. My main problem was was the actual customer service itself. There was no direction on where to go when tell, so far I haven't experienced any issues. My main problem was was the actual customer service itself. There was no direction on where to go when you first walk in, so I go to the first available employee who isn't helping someone and they seemed to be as confused as I was. They eventually begin the intake process for my car, then tell me to wait in the waiting area so someone can finish the paper work with me. What I thought was going to be a simple and quick drop off, ended up being a 30 minute and I think it was only 30 minutes because I reminded them that I was still there, which also inconvenienced the person who was picking me up. Eventually I get a call to come pick up my car, I'm given my keys and essentially told to go find in somewhere in the parking lot. I usually go to a place closer to my house, but I thought it would be a great idea to go to a Nissan dealership since I have a Nissan. That was unfortunately a bad choice on my part, I ended driving farther, paying a bit more, with some of the poorest and laziest customer service I've ever experienced. I can confidently say I will not be coming back to this dealership again. I was planning on buying a new car by the end of the year, and I was hoping it would a Nissan, but I'll either be going to a different Nissan dealership or buying a different make all together. There's no chance I'm going back to the duarte Nissan dealership again More
