It’s been almost a month since I’ve emailed a manager and posted this review and still nothing. Now it’s time for the Sunbit payment and the dealership has done nothing. No one has even tried to find out my information to look into this. Why even comment when you know nothing will be done. Ridiculous.

I have attempted to meet up with you I have gone to your dealership two days in a row now. I think if you really want to make things better you should approve the removal and refund of $995. for Nimbo Tracking system and the Clearshield $695 why? because I was NEVER TOLD THESE WERE OPTIONAL ITEMS! i purchased the vehicle on 6/28/21 not until I read the sticker on the front windshield from Nimbo which states the system is optional and i can have it removed at no cost to me. This was the first time I ever knew that these two items were not mandatory. I returned to the dealership and was told by finance staff "they need to check if the system was turned on"? afterwards, i was told the Nimbo system was part of the vehicle price and COULD NOT BE REMOVED! I was never given nothing more than the bill due single page which only stated the name of the product and the price same with the clearshield product which turns out to be small plastic wrap around door hedges and under door handle do you honestly think this product is worth even a fraction of the cost you are charging? im sure your dealership has FORCED ONTO MANY REGRETFUL CUSTOMERS for only $695 is ok to charge and trick customers into purchasing? today 7/15/21 finally got my contracts including GAP ins. canceled lets see how long or what sneaky moves will come next? do you know today i was told by another financial staff member that I CAN HAVE THE NIMBO REMOVED BUT ONLY AT THE TIME OF SALE? everybody hear this?? do you really think anyone told me #1 it was optional? #2 I can have it removed? and finally now you expect me to just go away with a product I was tricked and lied into purchasing? I had to make contact with the nimbo company because no one has ever told me anything about it!! I alone contacted the nimbo company to confirm there was even a nimbo system installed in the vehicle because we all know your dealership is so honest right? (sarcasm)if i ever knew these items were optional and i could have them removed why then would i come to the dealership and request to remove it only after reading the nimbo sticker and finding out it is removable at no extra charge to the customer?. why would i contact nimbo by myself to confirm there was a tracking system installed in the vehicle? why would i meet today with the supervisor of nimbo on your dealer lot so he can visually confirm there was a unit in the vehicle? oh and the best part of all HE SAID HE HAD TO TURN THE DEVICE ON RIGHT NOW SO WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR? YOU NEED TO DO THE RIGHT THING FROM THIS POINT ON AND 1. REMOVE THE NIMBO TRACKING SYSTEM 2. REFUND THE $995 YOU DONT HAVE TO GIVE THE MONEY TO ME SEND IT TO MY FINANCE INSTITUTE WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER REMOVING THE DEVICE 3. REMOVE THE CLEAR SHIELD WHICH IN MY OPINION IS A JOKE DO YOU KNOW THE CLEARSHIELD COMPANY SAYS THE MATERIAL USED IS ONLY A $40 COST AND YOU MARK IT ALL THE WAY UP TO $695 wow. I cannot continue to go back and forth to your dealership you are welcome to contact me to set up a time and date to remove these optional items and refund the costs to my financial institute no later than 7 days after removal. CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BEEN TRICKED INTO THESE ITEMS AND OTHERS YOU NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT DONT JUST GO AWAY AND FEEL UPSET AND REGRETFUL WHEN YOU PURCHASED THE VEHICLE YOU WERE NOT PURCHASING IT TO FEEL THIS WAY RIGHT? I URGE YOU ALL TO DO SOMETHING NO ONE HAS TO EXCEPT THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT DO RESEARCH, THERE ARE LOT OF RESOURCED AND AGENCIES WHO CAN ASSIST YOU START WITH STATE OF CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY AND KEEP GOING FROM THERE! GOOD LUCK!
