Do NOT go to this dealership to get your car serviced!!! HORRIBLE Liars!! I was there for 3 hours and my car hadn’t even been worked on yet and all I was there for was. Oil change!! The service rep Oscar had the nerve to try to argue with me about the length of time I was waiting only to find out after three hours they hadn’t even started on my car!! The shop manager is rude and both he and the service are liars! I will never take my car there again even if I have to travel a bit to another Nissan dealership and I am going to cancel my Extended warranty!! I do not want this place making another dollar off me!! Absolutely unbelievable horrible service! Do NOT go to Nissan of Duarte for anything! They do not care one bit for their customers!! More

I was getting my car serviced and of course they call and tell you they can make a good offer to refinance or get in a new car. I was dumb enough to fall for it. I end up getting a new car but had just gotten service done to the car I traded in which was about $600. I financed it through Sunbit because I didn’t think I would be traded my car in at the time. Well the sales girl Zury assured me the manager would take of the bill and I wouldn’t be responsible for the remaining payments since I traded the car in. That was in April, it is now September and I am STILL paying the bill for service! No one will respond to any of emails or texts now. It’s like as soon as financing on both my car went through they said “screw you!” I have even tried emailing the manager directly and of course no response. I am sure I didn’t get a great deal on either car which again is no fault but own. If you go here get everything in writing or taken of on the spot because they will not get back to you once they leave. They get what they want and could care less later. Terrible service!!!!!! More
We purchased a brand new Pathfinder in May 2021. We then paid it off in July 2021, to the Credit Union they financed us thru. I have been unsuccessful in reaching a Finance Manager regarding the refurn of our GAP insurance. I have been calling pretty much all day since Thursday. Even left a message with a live person yesterday morning.It is now 2;30 pm and no call back. No one picks up the phone. In addition when I called asking for my title because they had not sent it to the Credit Union I was told yes it had been sent. When they looked into it, what do you know they sent it to the wrong Credit Union. She asked me if I was sure it was the Credit Union I was giving her. Hahaha, yes I'm sure I have the document Nissan gave me the day of purchase. If I could give them a lower rating I would. I wish there was something I could do other than this negative review. Extremely disapointed especially when it came to them making the sale they had no delays in taking our money then. More

Why doesn't the GM answer every complaint listed with the BBB? I understand dealer out to make money im ok with that but tricking deceiving hiding not taking calls and making customers have to return several times for what should be done within minutes bought car 9 days ago. I can't even enjoy my purchase because of the poor customer service finance provides I read some people been waiting over a year to cancel gap imagine that?wow that way they can keep more money from gap refund if you don't mind being disrespected by the lack of concern finance dept have for there customers then go here and bend over! This is the worse experience I had buying a car in this dealership if I could give it 5 negative stars I would. Instead of being call nissan it should change its name to SCAM CENTRAl!!!!!. I was SCAM out of 700 dollars from this dealership I would of been more, but luckily I spotted a fee early in my contract before signing it and was able to remove it other wise I would lost even more money to this SCAM Artist!!!. I brought my concerns to the GM Mark of this facility and he would not work with me to fix this worthless fee that is install in the car. This dealership does not care about there customers concerned just about there hidden fees in other words SCAM FEES!!!. So i would not waste my time coming here to this dealership because to them the customer is not always right and do not value their business.
