Service manager can't manage his department. DONT over booked cars. Will never bring my car back here again! The service department experience was a huge disappointment! My first visit, two weeks ago on a Sat., was waiting from 9:30 am to 2 pm for an oil cha The service department experience was a huge disappointment! My first visit, two weeks ago on a Sat., was waiting from 9:30 am to 2 pm for an oil change, a recall part to be installed, and the two Splash Shield Clips (that I provided) to be plugged in, which never got installed nor returned to me. Since I have been back to this location 3 times (with scheduled appointments) for recall service and was turned away because the one recall part was not delivered (understandable), and also because the loaner car was not returned. In this case, the service dept should have called instead of making me waste gas and two additional trips to the location if this was the issue and service could not be performed! Then when mentioning that the Splash Shield clips were still not installed, the service person insisted and was convinced that the clips were put in (instead of checking for himself). I even sent him photos showing that the duct tape was still holding up the two Splash Shields, and the clips were not installed as he said they were. Also, the original oil dipstick was replaced with an old warn-out dipstick from another car. I mentioned this, and the service person said they would replace it. It still has not been replaced. Then the loner car that was promised never came through (twice), and on the 3rd visit (was told the loaner car was available) but when I arrived and an hour later, was told that I would have to go to Hertz Rental car up the street to get a rental (Nissan would pay for it), but that wait was an additional 2-3 hours. Today is my 5th attempt to get through to the service department so they can replace the old warn dipstick that was switched out, plug in the clips that I provided, and unfortunately, there's one more recall part to replace, but after this wasteful experience. I will not return for any car service nor recommend this Nissan location! And will be having my car inspected to make sure they did indeed change the oil/oil filter/two (of 3) recall parts/and two (air & cabin) filters that I paid for! More

So I came in for an oil change, but ended up with some new tires, new brakes and an oil change all because of the most awesome Service tech Ernesto explaining all of my options. I felt it wasn't because he wanted to just make some random sales, but because he knew I needed a safe car for my kids and myself. I went this past Friday 5/20/2022 i had been emailing with Zury; i told her what i had too offer which was my trade in; and how much i was willing too put down etc. I layed everything on the table so the with Zury; i told her what i had too offer which was my trade in; and how much i was willing too put down etc. I layed everything on the table so there wouldn’t be no mis communication; she said ok we can offer you this vehicle for your trade in and with the down payment etc. Oh and after she had down this she was quick to say can you please write a good review for me etc. So I sat waiting for the Financial department so i can sign the paperwork etc. then LaLa comes and pulls me aside to tell me that the bank pulled on there offer etc. Mind u i had already switched my insurance too the new vehicle so while LaLa was trying to tell me nonsense i was already calling back the insurance company back too switch it back too my original car; My point too this is that if you are telling them everything what your able to offer they should be able too do the same.Instead of giving me the run around; i was going too go back the following day but not once did they try and compensate for my entire loss of time being there the entire day; There were more ppl involved but i just can’t remember there names; I would not recommend going too the Nissan of Duarte More
I should have read these reviews BEFORE going here. This place is horrible. I cannot get responses from anyone - trying to get my GAP Insurance refund after 6 weeks. They DO SAY ANYTHING to get you to sign on the dotted line and then OVERCHARGE you! I am so disappointed with everything. Thankfully the car is running well. Just give me my refund, please! More
