Dealt with Lance Simnitt and was very happy working with him. He was very helpful and easy to work with. I have dealt with the service department and they are good to work with also. After expressing our disappointment our salesman and the general manager called and met with us. By the next day, they had obtained a fantastic car with all the bells and whistles that the first car was lacking! We were very pleased with this new vehicle and cannot think of anything else they could have done to make this lease a winner! We found Chris Carlson and Ryan Heston to be professional, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Same with Jim Nelson. We appreciated Jim spending time to talk with us and help get us a great deal. We were impressed that Ryan spent several minutes explaining all the tech features and instrument panel, then helping us get set up with OnStar (especially since it was close to or after closing time) Finance guy Chris Dutton was also competent, friendly and efficient— which we appreciated since the whole process takes a long time. We are very happy with our 2018 Equinox and glad we purchased from our hometown Sid Dillon. More

I was promptly greeted at the dealership by Brian Peterson who was extremely eager to help me find a new truck. After telling him what I was looking for he and the finance team went above and beyond any car buying experience I have ever had. They worked for nearly 2 weeks to get me exactly what I was looking for and were able to get my payment where I needed it to be. This team is 100% customer focued and will make sure you leave happy. My wife and I recently moved cross country to the Omaha area and they have gained a customer for life! More
