FLAT TIRE ON A SATURSAY AFTERNOON My 2018 Silverado started losing air 5 miles west of Blair at 12:30 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon. we checked for a tire repair shop on the internet fo My 2018 Silverado started losing air 5 miles west of Blair at 12:30 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon. we checked for a tire repair shop on the internet for the town of Blair and could not find one open on a Saturday afternoon. I buy all my vehicles at Sid Dillon of Wahoo thru Dan Fagervik, so I call the Sid Dillon of Blair, service was closed , but the sales department told us to stop in. On our arrival Matt Mackie assessed the tire, saw it needed repair, wrote a ticket for the service department to repair on Monday and set me up in a loaner car. In a matter minutes we where on our way. Service called on Monday tire was repaired, this could not have been handled better. I'm truly appreciative of the way Matt Mackey helped me and the years of fine service I have received from Sid Dillon and Dan Fagervik. More

Service is a RIP OFF Sent girlfriend to get a ck engine light diagnostic. 2015 Chevy p/u bought there. 47k miles. They charged her over $400 to replace an emission component covered by general motors emissions warranty. Called them when she got home. They tried to tell us truck warranty is only 3 years or 36k miles. I HAVE NO DOUBT they Know full well the emission warranty is 8 years and 80000 miles. If they don't, they need to hire competent service people. Will Never Buy a truck or service there again after being ripped off there. More

CAR REPAIR the employees went out of their way to get me a replacement vehicle when they were ready to close . ( I was told I could have has Sid Dillion send a tow truck) They took the time too call me for my information to be able to get the replacement car in minutes with no waiting so I could get home and get to work the next day. Unlike Wood House who completely ignore you when you go there to get your car back from recall work to be done on my previous vehicle, I left the car there at 5:30 am and it still was not done so ISAT FOR 2 MORE HOURS ON MY BIRTHDAY in what appeared to be a garage? No one asked if I wanted to go to a waiting room or much of anything. I will never go to Wood house for a vehicle AGAIN. sales staff was grate to work with Have been wanting to up grade to a newer truck for some time, had my F-250 for 18 yrs and 327500 miles was time to change, did a lot of looking and fo Have been wanting to up grade to a newer truck for some time, had my F-250 for 18 yrs and 327500 miles was time to change, did a lot of looking and found what i was looking for and in my price range at Sid Dillon in Blair, sent an e-mail asking about an F-150, and was contacted in about 10 after sending it, Mat called me and we discussed the truck and was told he would have it sitting out front for me to look at the next day, when i got there it was sitting just like he said it would be, Found Mat and and he walked me out to the truck, got me a good sales rep Adam, went for a test drive, talked about the truck, cars, old and new, was made to feel like they did care about my experience no feeling of pressure at all. went in and made the sale. I love the truck that i got, rides grate, The staff was a gate pleasure to work with, and will be looking forward to working with them again when i'm ready to trade again.
