Disappointing Stopped by to look at a used car. It needed repair work but was told "we only fix the safety items." I couldn't ignore the issues. I guess your suppos Stopped by to look at a used car. I guess your suppose to negotiate the unknown repair costs simultaneously with negotiating the purchase price. I wonder who holds the Aces in that card game. No thank you, I'll buy from someone else.
