Always a runaround I have never taken my car for service that it hasn't run in to multiple days. When I go to pick it up, there's always something that hasn't been done. I have never taken my car for service that it hasn't run in to multiple days. When I go to pick it up, there's always something that hasn't been done. Trying to get a loaner is a joke, they can never reserve something for you. Totally frustrated! More
Poor customer service Was charged $250 for diagnostics, they diagnosed a heater blowing warm air on drivers and cold on passenger side as a bad radiator cap and then was go Was charged $250 for diagnostics, they diagnosed a heater blowing warm air on drivers and cold on passenger side as a bad radiator cap and then was going to charge $135 more for another diagnostic. Was told it took 2 1/2 hours to do this diagnostic. After complaining was told they would not charge $22 for a radiator cap but was then charged for that anyways. When I asked if I would get a survey about this visit Cheryl replied "maybe" Very unprofessional and disappointed because I purchased the car there and had it serviced there for many years. Will not return again. More
Service repairs I set a appt online to get some service work and recall done my service advisor was Andy Staehr I called earlier to verify what kind of oil they I set a appt online to get some service work and recall done my service advisor was Andy Staehr I called earlier to verify what kind of oil they would use and verify they knew my 13 dodge ram diesel had to fuel filters has other reviews I have read for other dealers and service center did not know this the person I spoke knew exactly what I was talking about and had them in stock and knew what oil was needed I dropped the truck off at 7 am due to work I met Andy explained what was all needed and about this whining noise I heard for a month now Andy took note about 3 pm Andy called to explained he was not sure at this time what it was as there is no leaks Andy did find where the noise was coming from but could not fix it as it just started a month ago the power steering was strong still no leaks in lines and no damage that could be seen Andy explained he could start replacing parts to see but would not know what it would till further tear down Andy was very honest about this and I was happy with the service that I got even know they couldn't fix the noise I at least no where its coming from and to watch further about it Andy did not even charge to look at this the did replace trans fuel oil filters and fluid everything is working great and happy with them as I work all over on the us and live in Texas and have been in NE for a year now working I do not trust dealers but this one I would go back and have them work on my vehicle again great job More
Trade me very well I am a foreigner from China, at the first time I went to performance to fix some noise problem, probably because they didn't understand me well, my En I am a foreigner from China, at the first time I went to performance to fix some noise problem, probably because they didn't understand me well, my English is limited, so they didn't fix all the problems, but the second time I went there they trade me very nice, ask me want a coffee and talk to me very patiently, they give me a rental, and call me to let me know how much work they have done. I know a lot of my friends bought car from performance, and they said they are very nice, doing good, technology good, that's the reason I give them a five star:) More
Will never purchase from them again I purchased a Certified used Jeep Patriot in May of 2013. Had problems with it in less than a week. Had multiple issues getting vehicle taken care o I purchased a Certified used Jeep Patriot in May of 2013. Had problems with it in less than a week. Had multiple issues getting vehicle taken care of at Performance so I took it to another Jeep dealer to get it fixed. Now the vehicle is making a noise that sounds like a pulley or baring is going out. I called Performance to check on warranty and was told it had expired, was transferred to someone to help, who needed to transfer me again to someone else and was then hung up on in transfer. Again only have had the vehicle for 16 months and the Certified warranty has expired due to age of vehicle not mileage as it has less than 60,000 on it. Because it was 2008 the certified warranty only lasted until November of 2013. Now I know why they sold this one as certified as they knew they would not have to cover it for long. Not only will I not purchase from Performance again but Chrysler beware, because of vehicle issues and lack of service by YOUR dealer I may never buy a Jeep or Chrysler product again. More

I work with a transportation called transport plus! I can call or text bryan with any parts or parts related questions and I know they will be answered in a timely manner! Also the parts prices he gives us i call or text bryan with any parts or parts related questions and I know they will be answered in a timely manner! Also the parts prices he gives us is fantastic and when servicing 17 chrysler and dodge minivans in the fleet it is a big help! Wouldn't trust another parts guy with this guys parts! I received excellent service on my 2010 Toyota Corolla when I brought it in for an estimate of some body damage to the roof. Whitney Wathor, the customer service representative in their office, was also friendly, courteous and ready to answer my questions. My car was in Performance Collision Center for repair which was completed in 1 week from when I brought it in. They did an excellent job. Mr. Nickolite kept me informed by email during the entire process. I would most definitely recommend this dealership for auto body service. More
Our experience with Performance has been positive despite some mechanical issues with our Jeep. We bought a used 2007 Grand Cherokee and had a transmission issue crop up 1,000 miles in. While there was no some mechanical issues with our Jeep. We bought a used 2007 Grand Cherokee and had a transmission issue crop up 1,000 miles in. While there was no question their used car warranty would cover the issue they were as helpful as I needed them to be. Rick in the service department gave us a loaner car to keep for a week and a tank of gas after they fixed the Jeep to make up for the inconvenience. We plan to buy again from Performance. More
