I've exclusively brought my Jeep in for all oil changes and other issues I've had throughout the 5 years I've owned this car. I've never had such awful customer service as I had the last time I brought it and other issues I've had throughout the 5 years I've owned this car. I've never had such awful customer service as I had the last time I brought it in. I noticed a humming and a lack of my Jeep wanting to shift right away. I called for an appointment and I was given Pete as a service advisor. At first, everything was normal. He charged me $130 just to check out what the humming was, and then another $130 because to check on the lagging in gears shifting, it was a whole different system. After diagnosing $1400 worth of work, I give the okay to fix and ask about the lagging. Pete tells me that the mechanic couldn't recreate the problem with the lagging. I explain, in detail, for the third or fourth time what I'm talking about, and Pete says he'll have the mechanic go out and try again. I get another call later from Pete saying that the mechanic was able to recreate the problem, but he's not sure what could be causing it since there's no warning codes, everything looks great, and they've just gone through the whole system. It must just be how I drive my car, is what Pete says to me. I think, how rude, but whatever, I'm a woman and going to get my car serviced sucks anyway because of their attitudes towards women, so I anticipate this kind of behavior. Fast forward a few months, my gears lagging is happening more often and then my engine light comes on. I'm a dumb broad, right? So I call Pete and say, "Hey, I'm having that problem still and now my engine light is on." Pete says to bring it in to diagnose it again at another $130. I just spent $1400 on repairs he said I needed desperately for safety concerns, but apparently he wasn't concerned about my gears not shifting? Nope! The soonest he can get me in is a few weeks after I call. I agree. In the meantime, I check the code myself and thanks to freaking Google see what the most common problem related to my code is. Based on my search and the description of what my Jeep is doing, I need my spark plugs replaced. So I find someone else to replace them for me, and start driving my car, and wouldn't you know it...I suddenly must've learned to drive better because no more lagging! So it was my spark plugs all along. Pete charged me two different diagnostic fees, said the mechanic went over everything, and couldn't find anything wrong at all, and no one thought to look at my spark plugs?! Really?! It gets better though! So I call Pete up because I'm pissed and I jog his memory of my case and he claims he doesn't remember telling me it's just how I drive my car, which of course he doesn't, I'm sure. He then proceeds to yell at me, yelling at me not to yell at him. I'm not yelling; I'm speaking assertively, but not yelling. Then he yells at me that if I don't calm down, he's going to hang up on me. I ask to speak to his manager about three times before he actually comprehends what I'm saying because he is literally just yelling at me. Of course, the manager doesn't work weekends, so Pete says he'll print my file and have the manager call me Monday. Do you think I should hold my breath for that one? I'm absolutely disgusted that this is the way Pete thought it was okay to speak with me. He is not cut out for a customer service position; I've done customer service for 10 years and I know how to deescalate a situation so a customer doesn't walk away. It is clear that Pete doesn't listen at all to anything the customer says. In my appointment description, it says "customer states engine light comes on sometimes." Umm nope, that's not what I said the problem was! The service advisor exists as the liason between the mechanic and the customer, so communication is key. They have a service advisor who literally doesn't know how to do his job. I'd rather just speak to the mechanic. Pete obviously does not care about the disgusting reputation he's creating for their service department. And we'll see if the manager cares tomorrow, I suppose. I will not be bringing my Jeep back here for service. More

I took my 2007 Dodge caliber sxt to get it fixed after they sent me postcard to bring it in and the worker said he was not going to work on the car for safety reasons. A dealer that wont work on their o they sent me postcard to bring it in and the worker said he was not going to work on the car for safety reasons. A dealer that wont work on their own cars now doesn't that just top it all. He wasn't polite at all either. I'll never return there. More
Very disappointed in the service department. Received a recall update for the PCM. Made the appointment over a week in advance for 7:00 am and told them I wanted an oil change and tire rotation while it w recall update for the PCM. Made the appointment over a week in advance for 7:00 am and told them I wanted an oil change and tire rotation while it was in there because it was almost due. Dropped the vehicle off right at 7:00 am. I was told I would receive the status throughout the day. Never received a call. Called dealer at 3:30 pm and was told it has not even went in for anything and they have to keep it until tomorrow. Never called ahead of time to tell me this?? What was the point of scheduling at 7:00 am a week in advance??! I am sure they did a ton of walk in oil changes that same day even though I was there at 7:00 am. Was offered a rental but I declined and just asked for a discount on my oil change. Was told it would get in first thing in the morning. Well, the next day no call, I waited until 1:45 pm and called had to leave a message. Never got a call back, so called again and demanded I speak to someone or I wanted a manager. I was transferred to the service rep and told my vehicle was done. Get to the dealer and was given a lousy $7 off my oil change! After I saved them the price of a rental. They didn’t even apply the $10 off for the tire rotation as advertised on their website. (Note: website did not have coupons available, just advertised). Asked for the $10 off and it was applied. Still cost $86 for the oil change and tire rotation as the other was under warranty. Last time getting oil change done there and willing to have a dealer in Omaha service it next time. And to top it all off they did not reset the oil life indicator, ended up resetting myself. It doesn’t end there....I get a call after I get home and was told they gave me the file copy and not the customer copy invoice and they needed it today. Well I was not going to drive across town again and they did offer to send someone out to get it. In the back of my mind I was thinking can’t they just reprint it? So I get another call back saying they are coming the next day to get it. I will be home working so it doesn’t matter but I was not going to inconvenience myself for them after going through all that already. They call if they need something but won’t call to tell you about your vehicle! More
Not a great experience. I took my Jeep in for tire rotation and oil change. The service department found a transmission fluid leak on my vehicle (39,000 miles but 10 yrs old). I was quoted a price to rotation and oil change. The service department found a transmission fluid leak on my vehicle (39,000 miles but 10 yrs old). I was quoted a price to diagnose the problem. The diagnosis fee was waved if I chose to repair the issue, which I did. I was quoted a price for repair but then got a text that the quote was incorrect. I called and the tech stated he left off labor. I requested the final price and he indicated that repair, parts, and the oil change/ tire rotation would be “all in right under $500.” I pick up the vehicle and the price was $555, as he forgot to add in an environmental / shop fee. Additionally the invoice stated “Customer states there is a transmission fluid leak.” Which is blatantly untrue. Additionally my name was spelled incorrectly, and my email and phone number were incorrect on the invoice. If not for the VIN number matching my vehicle’s I would have sworn that this was not service done for my vehicle! I will likely find another dealership. More
Took ‘13 Ram in for recall work to be done on seatbelt, exhaust, & tailgate latch. They attempted an unauthorized optional software update on my radio even though working perfectly. Gave me truck back to exhaust, & tailgate latch. They attempted an unauthorized optional software update on my radio even though working perfectly. Gave me truck back to drive home with broken radio or a $799 repair bill because radio is now non-operational. They said doing unauthorized repair work is “something they just do.” No integrity or ethics. More
