Car had lots of issues, and nothing was repaired. I went in for a back up camera repair, screen would just go black. Then that lead to more and more things being wrong. And then for on of my lights I went in for a back up camera repair, screen would just go black. Then that lead to more and more things being wrong. And then for on of my lights to now be broken that was by my backup camera that they never notified me about or fixed regarding the broken light. Was a roller coaster of day getting answers. Overall I sadly don’t feel I would go back or recommend. Was very hopeful and felt our service worker who got us in and out was very kind and understood our frustration but the overall work didn’t help and even left me with a broke light. More

Chris, the service manager assigned to my warranty, really worked hard to get this completed. There were issues with the warranty company as they did not want to put the full labor costs and Chris real really worked hard to get this completed.
