It takes 2 + weeks to get an appointment which is a little frustrating since my Wranger 4 xe is only 4 months old and this will be the second time it has to visit the dealership. Writing this review with a small conflict. I have been going to this dealer since 2017 for service on my RAM. I still recommend them for service as all the staff is the same. Since new owne I have been going to this dealer since 2017 for service on my RAM. I still recommend them for service as all the staff is the same. Since new ownership the price for my service went up 45% even with my discount that I was given from the mail. I fully understand that everything has gone up in price since 2020 etc. However when I went to pay and asked about it all I got was yea well sorry. I feel as if I was just brushed to the side. Sid Dillon Ram will get another chance but remember even though the care business is booming we do have a choice where we can go. Actual service is 5 stars The price and way it was handled is 2 stars. More

I have had issues with our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and it's been a long process to find and hopefully take care of the issue. Process of buying the vehicle was easy. Our agreement was that I would accept the deal if they promised to clean the interior of the vehicle. You would think of someone spent $37000 on a used vehicle the very least they could go is vacuum and wipe down the interior, I reached out to them after the fact to state my displeasure and nobody got back to me and for that reason I won’t recommend them to anyone. Where I grew up a hand shake actually meant something to people. More
