I appreciate the reply. Malcolm is very courteous and understanding. He also believes I just got a bad jeep bc we both know not everyone has THIS many problems with a jeep that is a 2017!!! Although, within Malcolm’s limited power, the trade-in offer he gave me of $13k is not acceptable for me, especially after he basically said you sold me a hunk of junk! I have put too much money into it already to settle for this horrible trade-in offer that my guy tells me u have even more reason to question Mopar and Baxter and no desire to do more business with you. Another possibility that has come up regarding the jeep not starting all the time is bc of the crappy radio/back up camera screen that started blipping out on me three months after I bought the jeep! I was quoted $400 for a new unit, not including labor costs. In 2020, Baxter said they would sell the jeep to me for $16,999, then conveniently took their offer back the day of sale and said “no, bc if the added backup camera feature, we can only sell to you for $17,999. Conveniently, cornhusker auto in Norfolk, NE could find nothing wrong with the radio when I took it in and conveniently again, my 3 mo bumper to bumper coverage just ended. All the promises of “buy with us bc we have CERTIFIED used cars that go through a rigorous thorough 200 point inspection”…..epic fail from Baxter and Mopar. I have spent a lot of time on the phone with Mopar as well and got the run around “not our problem”. I opted to drive with a broken radio! Now it turns out, the short in the radio may be draining my new battery too bc the Bluetooth hasn’t been turning off! I have been told by mechanics I can not unplug the radio bc the alarm system is connected to it. So, $500+ of radio to come I guess. Because unlike you, I can not in good conscience sell a vehicle that is broken!!! You are not being accountable to your word and mission, and frankly, treating a first responder this way in the middle of a pandemic and winter effects a lot more lives than just mine! All I asked for was a reliable vehicle that can make it through snow, elements, and travel! That is why I bought newer! It has been nothing but a money out since I bought it! My old 2002 Ford Taurus was more reliable! You are either a company that stands behind their product and word and makes it right or you are not! Period! I think I know where you stand to this point, the run around!

Believe me....I would rather NOT return to Baxter for service and wish I could get a refund on the remaining oil changes. My car is acting up since my visit to Baxter. I don't know what else you did, but it smells hot, shifts poorly and had a warning that an "attempted break" in occurred.
