It takes 2 + weeks to get an appointment which is a little frustrating since my Wranger 4 xe is only 4 months old and this will be the second time it has to visit the dealership. Process of buying the vehicle was easy. Our agreement was that I would accept the deal if they promised to clean the interior of the vehicle. You would think of someone spent $37000 on a used vehicle the very least they could go is vacuum and wipe down the interior, I reached out to them after the fact to state my displeasure and nobody got back to me and for that reason I won’t recommend them to anyone. Where I grew up a hand shake actually meant something to people. More
