Jeff was very nice as well. However, he had to reprint multiple sheets and it made us nervous that something was going to be incorrect in the long run. Also, we felt that due to this it did take a little longer than it should have. He just seemed new and there is nothing wrong with that but we had already been at the dealership for a couple hours and were just ready to get the process over with. More
