They are courteous, aware of your time, are prompt and they keep you informed throughout the time you are there. If it’s a long wait they provide rides to home and come get you when the car is done. She worked hard to get me to the price and payment terms we had discussed, and I truly appreciated her effort. Unfortunately, the financing side was disappointing. Instead of reducing the price to account for visible scratches (something Courtney and I both understood had been agreed to), the loan officer simply extended the term from 5 years to 8 years. I didn’t realize this until I reviewed the contract at home. When I returned the next day, even Courtney was surprised and regretful that the price reduction wasn’t applied. She involved the manager, who contacted me a couple of days later. While they never honored the negotiated reduction, they did offer two additional oil changes, which felt like a small gesture compared to what was expected. I later refinanced the loan on my own, which helped, but I can’t overlook the fact that the deal wasn’t honored. Courtney has continued to be fantastic, helping me with scheduling oil changes and questions, and she deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the finance department and management get 1–2 stars for their part in the process. That’s why this review was so difficult to rate overall. More
