Highly Recommend Jim! Went to Shults in Olean just to browse and kick some tires. Was greeted by Jim at the door and told him I was looking for a Dodge Truck. After a test drive and getting a very generous offer on my trade in we sat down and talked business. He was very easy to work with through the buying process. After picking up the truck I noticed a slight vibrating noise, called Jim right up and he personally brought me a Loaner Vehicle and took my truck back to get looked at, just a shield rattling, no big deal at all. After it was fixed Jim called and drove my truck all the way back to me and dropped it off for me.
