Daimian greeted me as soon as I entered the sales room. Chuck recognized my voice a came out of his office to greet me. I was interested in a certain vehicle in the lot. Buick Envision. I came to Shults 3 years ago defeated after endless dealerships turned me down. I was a single mom working 15 hours a week while trying to support my daughter without the assistance of the government, dealerships turned me down. I was a single mom working 15 hours a week while trying to support my daughter without the assistance of the government, and had a credit score less than 500! Now, after financing 3 vehicles, my credit score is almost a 700! As a single mom, having a vehicle is a must to get to and from work. Even more, one that is reliable and affordable. I had my eyes set on a Buick Encore preferred but it was out of my budget. I was disappointed, but was able to walk away with an upgraded version of my previous car that I loved and I couldn't be happier. Damian, Scott, and Chuck go above and beyond to help this mama out each time and I am so blessed to call them all family. Customer service is key in my eyes, but building relationships is even more than I coukd ask for. Thank you Shults Resale of Olean for all your hard work and for getting me into a vehicle that not only I love, but one that my daughter loves just as much. Ill be back!! More
