I couldn't be happier with the customer service that I received from Jennifer and Shults. When I let her know I was having mechanical issues with my car, there was no hesitation in trying to find another received from Jennifer and Shults. When I let her know I was having mechanical issues with my car, there was no hesitation in trying to find another vehicle that I was happy with. She had two cars waiting for me to test drive as soon as I got to the dealership, with opinions about other cars that I might be interested in test driving as well. The whole process was completely painless, and she made the unexpected purchase of a new vehicle right before the holidays and during a pandemic as stress-free as possible. She followed up the day after my purchase to make sure I was happy with my car. I am over the moon ecstatic about the car I bought from Shults. I can't thank Jen D enough for going above and beyond to find everything I was looking for in a car.
