My new lease started with an informative instant message chat with Bill Hoblitzel. he was responsive to my inquiries online as well as when I dropped by the unannounced dealership. Bill was assisting another couple, but made time to speak with me and schedule an appoint the next day when I had time. I put him through his paces ...requesting information and lease options and Bill was all to happy to research and present each in a friendly and patient manner. rom looking at colors to getting a handshake and the keys Bill moved the process along at breakneck speed! I purchased my Jetta in 2010. The beginning of August 2011 the AC was not working properly, I called the dealership and made an appointment. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Mr. Incarnate. I discussed t 2011 the AC was not working properly, I called the dealership and made an appointment. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Mr. Incarnate. I discussed the problem and Mr. Incarnate assured me that he would not allow the car to leave the lot unless he was satisfied the problem was fixed. He then arranged for a loaner car. A few hours later he called me, stated that he found the problem and ordered the part. He requested that I allow him to keep the car for an additional 2 days so that they could put in the new part and then test it under different conditions to ensure the AC worked properly. Mr. Incarato was true to his word. I picked up my car and the problem was resolved to my greatest satisfaction. It is very refreshing to deal with a company whose employees put the customer first! They have always made every effort to be timely with their work and always explain what was necessary and answer all questions. My 30,000 mile service was just completed and Jordan Fuhri made every effort to take care of this with a service oriented approach. I will continue to go to the Shrewsbury Motors Service department and would recommend the dealership to others. More
