Cassie makes what could be stressful much easier. I had a flat tire and had to have my car towed to the dealership. The sales manager at Showcase Honda was completely unprofessional and shockingly disrespectful. Instead of taking responsibility, he was rude and defensive—despite the fact that I was the one being in unprofessional and shockingly disrespectful. I would never recommend Showcase Honda to anyone, and based on the many negative reviews I’ve seen, I’m clearly not alone. This dealership knowingly sells vehicles with mechanical problems and then tries to shift the blame onto the customer—exactly what this arrogant sales manager tried to do. Showcase Honda seriously needs to take a hard look at the consistent stream of complaints they receive and make real, lasting changes—starting with how they treat the customers who walk through their doors.
