While I had a great experience working with Shantell J. on the sales side (5/5 excellent), the overall experience was disappointing. Shantell had an amazing personality and really took his time with me. He made the process feel comfortable and personal, and I truly appreciated that. HOWEVER, the finance department was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. I dealt with Tristan, who was extremely unclear when explaining the MPP coverage and how the warranty worked. He pretty much made up numbers on the spot to try and get the most money out of me. They made it sound like I had to get everything done at this specific dealership or risk voiding the warranty, completely false and incredibly deceptive (0/5 very poor). As I think back, I’m extremely frustrated that I was told the dealer add-ons were mandatory and couldn’t be removed because they were “already installed” (around $3k worth...RIDICULOUS). This included things like wax coating, nitrogen-filled tires, and other extras I specifically said I didn’t want. It’s clearly just a tactic to inflate the price. Huge red flag: they asked for my down payment before discussing warranty details. That alone made me ready to walk away from the deal. They create confusion and then swoop in with a “solution” to make you feel like you're getting a deal. The manager claimed Tristan was new, but if this same situation keeps happening, then they clearly know what they're doing and are manipulating customers on purpose. They also added accessories I never asked for, claiming they were already installed, and tacked on tons of hidden fees. I ended up paying $6,000 more than the listed price. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Read the reviews—this isn’t an isolated incident. You've been warned. Also, every negative review gets a reply saying to contact Lindsay Voss. Is she actually helping customers, or is this just a public relations move to save face online? Because the problems keep happening. Something to think about before coming here. More
