Ask them if the engine blows, while driving off the lot do you get a refund? Ask them what's the protocol if the transmission goes or engine is blown 1 day after purchase? Put the answer in writing, This do you get a refund? Ask them what's the protocol if the transmission goes or engine is blown 1 day after purchase? Put the answer in writing, This will tell you all you need to know, they are crooks and liars. If you don't believe me ask them the above mentioned questions and listen carefully. A they want to do is sell the car, to xxxx with integrity or honesty. Sell at all cost...crooks More
Will not fix cars they sell before advertising them for sale. Less than 30 days after purchasing a vehicle spent $3,000 in repairs. Polishes turds and sells them knowing of the defects, and never even repa sale. Less than 30 days after purchasing a vehicle spent $3,000 in repairs. They had a Jeep we were interested in posted on Facebook. I tracked down their website to see if there were more pictures and there weren't any of the frame and undercarriage. Before I drove 2 hours I submit I tracked down their website to see if there were more pictures and there weren't any of the frame and undercarriage. Before I drove 2 hours I submitted a request for those additional pictures to make sure it wasn't rusty. I received a response from Jerred Miehlke. He wanted to text me pictures and I told him no, that the best quality comes via email and that's what I would prefer. Apparently this was too difficult of a request for him to handle. He even wanted to bring his laptop outside to take pictures with the laptop too?! After another day of waiting I emailed him again for the pictures, then Jerred Miehlke complained to me about doing his job in following up on leads and how he can't stay organized enough to keep the requests straight. All of that to explain why he had to ask what I was looking for again! Honestly, if Jerred Miehlke is the caliber of salesman they employ, I'm highly surprised they are still in business! They lost a cash customer because Jerred Miehlke was too lazy to care to do his job! More
On 10/23/21 I test drove a GMC Acadia from Showcase and I wanted it except that the windows would not roll up and down and I couldn't get the AC to turn on. The salesman assured me that they could fix the wi wanted it except that the windows would not roll up and down and I couldn't get the AC to turn on. The salesman assured me that they could fix the windows and that the AC would come on once the temperature outside reach 65 degrees. He said the sensors wouldn't allow it to turn on until the weather got warmer. (Lie) So I agreed to buy the car for $5848 under the condition that those items would work. The check engine light came on right after I paid for it. On 10/25/21 I texted Showcase that I was bringing it in so they could fix the windows and also I informed them the defrost was not working and they needed to fix that which they did. I again talked with the salesman about the AC and he assured me that when it got warm the sensors would allow it to turn on (lie) so I just had to wait. I also texted them that I would expect them to fix the AC if it turned out the salesman was wrong. I waited until April for the weather to warm up and then I texted Showcase to inform them in fact the salesman was wrong and the AC did not work. They called me the next day and said sorry it's been 6 months we're not going to live up to our word. Their car has been nothing but problems since I bought it, it has required $7683 worth of work in the past 6 months plus the air conditioner and temperature knob won't work. If they do not fix the AC and the temperature control knob I could probably find an attorney and sue them under the Lemon Law this car is a lemon. I'm just asking them to live up to their word and fix the AC and temperature control knob like they assured me when I bought it. More
NO STARS DON'T purchase any vehicle from Showcase Auto Sales in Chesaning, Michigan. They misrepresent the vehicles they offer for sale. They advertised a truck on Car Gurus as having one owner, no accide Sales in Chesaning, Michigan. They misrepresent the vehicles they offer for sale. They advertised a truck on Car Gurus as having one owner, no accidents, Michigan car. Actually the car had four owners, one accident and came from Canada. They took a deposit to hold and will not return the deposit. Take your money someplace else, anyplace else. Please beware, the truck is posted again on CarGurus with the same false information. Their website, Facebook page and any advertising they have on the internet offer no fax number or e-mail contact, there is a reason for that. More
Add one more one star to this dealership. Purchased a truck recently from this dealership. Dom was the salesman. He was responsive, however unwilling to work around the fact of me driving Purchased a truck recently from this dealership. Dom was the salesman. He was responsive, however unwilling to work around the fact of me driving over two and half hours to see the truck. (Company policy no test drives after 7:30 pm) Drove the almost 3 hours to see the truck and was told I could only test drive it for 15 minutes. Got in the truck and found it with less than 50 miles worth of gas in the tank. Tried to drive it around but the truck just kept telling me to get to a gas station. Did a look see but was unable to test everything out in the 15 minutes of "test driving". Long story short, mostly liked the truck but was very put off by the conveyer style system. (Red flag # 2) This is where it takes a turn... Start driving home to realize the backup camera, gps, and steering wheel buttons are not all working. (annoyed) Get home and truck starts to idle roughly...hmm Next day, less than 24 hours later, it throws two codes. Then I am sitting in the truck and try to use the rear defrost as it was fogging up the windows due to sitting in it and trying to run codes. No dice on the rear defrost either. Immediately call Dom. Was told it is above him and he will have the "manager" call me. I hear nothing from them and decide to drive back the almost 3 hours. After getting to the store, I am told the manger is not in, he will give me a call. This "manager" via a phone call tells me "All vehicles in Michigan are sold AS_IS and this is now my vehicle and because I didn't buy their warranty that wasn't mentioned until we were all the way done and going through the signing of the paperwork and was another $900, there was nothing he was going to do. Long story after asking what we could do, he told me he was not going to stand by the product, make it right, or anything else. Nice way to treat a customer....ex-customer. Way to treat a veteran Chad, the manager. Can't believe this place is still in business. Nice lemon stand. More
Our salesman was nice but not very helpful. They pulled different vehicles around for us to drive but when we asked him any questions about the vehicle he would answer with an "I'm not sure". I would not s different vehicles around for us to drive but when we asked him any questions about the vehicle he would answer with an "I'm not sure". I would not suggest going to this dealer, or other dealers similar to this one, based off of the condition, visible or not, the vehicles they have for sale are in. Again, our salesman and the other employees were nice, just not knowledgeable and the cars that are available are questionable. More
