Took my vehicle in for an oil leak I took my vehicle into them to check out an oil leak that I had previously fixed by one of the "big" guys around town 1 1/2 months ago and paid a lot I took my vehicle into them to check out an oil leak that I had previously fixed by one of the "big" guys around town 1 1/2 months ago and paid a lot of money. I called and spoke with Dillon Hoffman and explained the situation and he said sure bring it up and we will take a look at it. With in a few minutes of checking in he they had already found the issue. The last place I took it didn't tighten something correctly therefore oil was leaking out. They tightened it for me at no charge and sent me on my way. Great customer service and will definitely be doing business there again. More

With only 2 of them and enough work for 4 or 5 guys it's hard for them to get in touch with you quickly. Also they need more service techs so that they aren't rushing your vehicle out and you know it's done properly. The bosses need to figure that out so there customers are happy and there employees aren't falling apart from being over worked. More

Above & Beyond Customer Service I brought my car in recently with a horrible grinding noise. Being a single woman I was afraid of being taken advantage of and this appointment costin I brought my car in recently with a horrible grinding noise. Being a single woman I was afraid of being taken advantage of and this appointment costing me a fortune. That wasn't the case at all!! Doug took great care of me. He had the problem identified and taken care of in a couple of hours and the price was less than I had expected. He was very courteous and professional. He actually went above and beyond, I feel, because he knew I had something unexpected come up and he offered to let me borrow a car while mine was being worked on to go take care of what I needed to. I couldn't believe it. In the future I will recommend Show Me Auto Mall if someone is looking into buying another vehicle and I will definitely recommend Doug, a reliable and honest man, if someone is having an issue with their vehicle and needs it looked at or repaired. More
