Highly recommended I had my Buick Enclave motor go out on me a few weeks ago. I was shocked about the news of the engine going out. Ernie and Chris assisted me with t I had my Buick Enclave motor go out on me a few weeks ago. I was shocked about the news of the engine going out. Ernie and Chris assisted me with this tremendously. They expressed concern about the problem and handled it efficiently and professionally. This is the only place I take my car to for service. They keep all my records so the warranty wouldn't be an issue. They found a way to get me a great new engine that the warranty would cover. It only took a week to diagnose, order and install the new engine. During the process I was communicated with on a daily basis, even well past closing hours, keeping me posted on the progress of the car. I was given a loaner Enclave for the week at no extra fee. Great Service, Great People!! Good job guys!! More
Service center So I've had my 07 GMC sierra for three months now. Burns a quart or more of oil in about 2300 miles. Doesn't smoke or leak so the oil is going somewhere. Without name dropping the service department is who I've dealt with the most not very friendly and he told it was normal for that to happen. Are you kidding me. I'm a mechanic myself and have owned 2 other sierra's before the one I bought from show me. Never had a gm engine with 80000 that burned over a quart of oil. Looking at over a week before I could get it in and lucky me I paid for the extended warranty and the power train warranty. Are they going to do the work and honor the warranty find the problem I sure hope so if not two thumbs down. More
I ONLY GAVE THEM A OK BECAUSE WE BOUGHT THE CAR AND TOOK IT HOME AND BROUGHT IT BACK TO GET THE THINGS WRONG WITH IT FIXED AND LEFT A NOTE SAYING WHAT WAS WRONG WTH IT AND THEY ONLY FIXED WHAT THEY WANTED T IT HOME AND BROUGHT IT BACK TO GET THE THINGS WRONG WITH IT FIXED AND LEFT A NOTE SAYING WHAT WAS WRONG WTH IT AND THEY ONLY FIXED WHAT THEY WANTED TO HAD TO CALL THEM TO COME AND GET IT BECAUSE IT WASNT DRIVABLE THEY CAME AND GOT IT AND FIXED THAT PROBLM BUT I LEFT A NOTE IN IT FOR THE OTHER THINGS AND THEY WASNT FIXED WHEN WE CAME AND PICKED IT UP WE THOUGHT THEY FIXED EVERYTHING ON THE NOTE BUT DIDNT SO WHEN ASKED IF EVERYTHING WAS OK I TOLD THE SALES MEN THAT SOMETHINGS WASNT FIXED HE SAID WHEN IN THE AREA TO STOP BY MY QUIESTION IS HOW MANY TMES DO WE HVE TO BRING IT BACK WE PAID FOR A EXCELLENCE CONDITON CAR AND IT SHOULD BE IN TOP SHAPE.
