Spent a extra 1 1/2 hours on you redoing a service that wasn't done properly during my last visit. Service had a 12 month 6000 miles warranty but I had to fuss with the service rep to get the service done wasn't done properly during my last visit. So I had to spend over 2 1/2 hours there to get a simple over priced oil change and for you to fix what wasn't done properly. More

When I come to get my car serviced, they are very friendly and good to explain things to me! If they feel it took too long, they always apologize for my wait, which the reason it took a bit longer th friendly and good to explain things to me! If they feel it took too long, they always apologize for my wait, which the reason it took a bit longer this time was because I made the appointment online and only put oil change and not a tire rotate also, which they went ahead and done while I was there and I was thankful for that since I had purchased a thing for five oil changes and tire rotates some time ago. That has been a blessing to be able to have that as well. Thank you, Shottenkirk Toyota for taking good care of me!! More
Would have given a higher rating had I not been charged a 3% processing fee when I paid for the service provided. Shottenkirk is a multi-million dollar company, NOT a small business.
