I think we could have gotten the vehicle a little cheaper, but Dallas was great to work with and he did his job well as he is tough negotiator. I have purchased at least 3 vehicles and have followed through with all service from Shottenkirk Toyota in Quincy. This last time that I took my car to have a new sun visor on the drivers side. I agreed t through with all service from Shottenkirk Toyota in Quincy. This last time that I took my car to have a new sun visor on the drivers side. I agreed to have additional service that was offered. When I picked my car up, the clock was reset to daylight time, the blue tooth connection to my cell phone was turned off, and auto headlights was off, and the light was dimmed on the speedometer screen. I was perplexed that all of my settings had to be reset because Shottenkirk's service personnel had set them different from what they were when I brought the car in. Totally unacceptable. More
