I got a flat tire while traveling in CA. I called the dealership to determine what to do to honor my tire purchase warranty from Shottenkirk. Communication was fairly good and I was told to bring the damaged tire all the way across country to have it verified as unfixable. I did that. I received a call from Shottenkirk several months later asking about the tire. I had to inform the person who called that I did not have the serial number of the tire because Shottenkirk had the tire. She then hung up and began tracking down information from a coworker. I called back and did not receive a call back stating the information had been found. I still don't have reimbursement for the ruined tire. Most staff were polite but staff's miscommunication in house was the cause for my lower rating. More

Surcharge leaves a longtime customer with a very bad feeling of being taken advantage of. I realize the uniqueness of the times but why did I pay taxes on a surcharge? Have learned by researching that I should not expect one on a Sienna until February. Makes me skittish about going out of town which is why I want and have bought many vans. Beautiful vehicle. I left my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation, leaving my phone number of course, and stating I would pick it up in about 2 hours. I received a call saying it was finished and ready, with no mention of recommended additional service. When I picked up the car, there was still no mention of additional service. I paid the amount I was told, then looked over the paperwork when I got home. There was a miscellaneous charge with no explanation, which should not happen. Then there was a page saying my battery was corroded and needed immediate replacement! This was never mentioned to me over the phone or while I was there. Then I checked the battery myself and it showed full charge and no sign of corrosion. Not sure I will continue to bring my vehicle there for service. More
