I left my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation, leaving my phone number of course, and stating I would pick it up in about 2 hours. I received a call saying it was finished and ready, with no ment leaving my phone number of course, and stating I would pick it up in about 2 hours. I received a call saying it was finished and ready, with no mention of recommended additional service. When I picked up the car, there was still no mention of additional service. I paid the amount I was told, then looked over the paperwork when I got home. There was a miscellaneous charge with no explanation, which should not happen. Then there was a page saying my battery was corroded and needed immediate replacement! This was never mentioned to me over the phone or while I was there. Then I checked the battery myself and it showed full charge and no sign of corrosion. Not sure I will continue to bring my vehicle there for service. More

My husband and I purchased a vehicle in November. We purchased a 2019 Toyota Sienna. After owning the vehicle for 37 days a major part went out on the heating unit. The repair on our vehicle will cost about $4,000 to fix. This dealership was unwilling to work with us to get it fixed. I was told the only way the dealership could help us was if we purchased their extended warranty. My husband and I live 3+ hours away from the dealership so it wasn't worth it for us to purchase the warranty. While I understand the warranty is offered for a reason, after owning a vehicle for a little over a month the dealership should be willing to back the vehicle they sold warranty purchased or not! I am disappointed that the dealership was unwilling to work with us! More
