Friendly staff and helpful. Unfortunately, I was told my job was going to take 2 hours to complete when in fact, it took 8 hours and 15 minutes. This is the second time in a row I was given totally inaccurate information regarding the work time on my vehicle. The first time, which was a few months ago, they ended up keeping my vehicle for almost two days when all they had to do was an oil change, put new tires on and change my spark plugs. More
