The dealership does work hard to meet your needs. The only thing is they push a lot of add on that runs your total up, not fully enclosing the cost of these benefits or add on. We asked for the Job team when we entered the dealership as we had had such a good experience when we purchased our last Highlander there. The service was superb. All were friendly and helpful. This was the easiest experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. My salesman, JJ Colvin, immediately looked at their inventory to find vehicles that matched my parameters. I ended up buying the first vehicle he showed me. JJ was very courteous and treated me with respect. I was not forced to talk to multiple people. Just JJ and Dave Schenk, the finance manager.
