Had a good buying experience with Landon in sales. But the service department takes forever and didn't fix my problem. 4 trips of 150 mile round trip and 850$ later they keep guessing what the problem is and it’s still not fixed. Made it 5 miles away before light came back on this last time. Spent a extra 1 1/2 hours on you redoing a service that wasn't done properly during my last visit. Service had a 12 month 6000 miles warranty but I had to fuss with the service rep to get the service done wasn't done properly during my last visit. So I had to spend over 2 1/2 hours there to get a simple over priced oil change and for you to fix what wasn't done properly. More
