Car is shaking I got my oil change done and tires rotated. My car has been shaking pretty bad when I get on the interstate mainly when I have to slow down. So I’m not sure why it is doing it now. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Was going to call about the issue next week. More

The trust is gone. Bought a new Tacoma here in 2009. Love the truck and have had very good service until a few bad experiences recently. Took truck in for a leaf spring Bought a new Tacoma here in 2009. Love the truck and have had very good service until a few bad experiences recently. Took truck in for a leaf spring recall and was informed that my timing cover seal was leaking badly. 8 on scale of 1-10 according to the dealers service dept repair assessment printout. Was quoted $1600 since vehicle is now out of warranty. Decided to get a second opinion and took to a small local auto repair shop that my family has used and trusted for about 35 years with no bad experiences. They inspected the vehicle and found no evidence of any fluid leaks anywhere on the engine and even allowed me to come out into the shop while they had the truck on the lift so that I could see for myself. Dry as a bone. They told me they saw no evidence of any leaks on timing cover seal past or present or any other part of the engine for that matter and felt the vehicle was fine and needed no repairs and gave me a printed diagnosis stating exactly that. More

All of the people I've come in contact with are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and low pressure. Recently, through my own fault, I had a problem with my 2015 Camry XLE Hybred. When I called the service number late on a Saturday (as they were closing) Andy Scoggins took the time and walked me through the steps necessary to move my car to a sheltered place until I could bring it in on Monday for service. Andy is just another example of the responsive attitude the entire dealership exemplifies. I WILL be back for my next car and any required service. More
Horrible service I bought a used car from Durant Toyota in Weatherford. There was damage on the back of one of the seats. I asked if the damage could be fixed before I I bought a used car from Durant Toyota in Weatherford. There was damage on the back of one of the seats. I asked if the damage could be fixed before I decided to purchase the vehicle, the salesman told me no, it could not be fixed. 1 day after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed a noise coming from the back of the car. Every time I turned a corner, I could hear something sliding around. I go look in the back, and there is the brand new piece to fix the damaged part of the seat. Rather than being angry that I was given false info about the damage being fixed, I just moved on and made an appointment for the service dept to switch out the pieces. This is where I get EXTREMELY angry. Service dept tells me they will need my car for 3-4 days.... send me over to the rental place, I get into a rental get 2 miles down the road and they call me to come pick up my car. How stupid is this? Then, I get the car home and find the trash from the new part was thrown in the back of the car. This is what upsets me the most. Why would anyone think it is acceptable to throw trash in a vehicle they are servicing?With the exception of this vehicle, I will never use Durant Toyota in the future. Or any of their affiliates. What a huge disappointment these guys have been from the get go. More
We had some bad weather here in Weatherford and needed a key made for our sons car, which had just been recovered (It had been stolen).
