When I bought my 2010 Tundra pickup in June 2009, I wanted to have the dealership install a back-up camera, but alas, the truck was so new that Toyota had not yet asssembled a kit for dealer installs. wanted to have the dealership install a back-up camera, but alas, the truck was so new that Toyota had not yet asssembled a kit for dealer installs. I spoke with the parts department and Mr. Aronson said he would follow up and let me know when the kit became available. Lo and behold 11 months later, he called to ask if I was still interested in the back up camera. When I said yes, he ordered the kit and arranged with Service to install it. I am delighted first with his follow-up after so many months...and secondly with the excellent quality of the camera. I could have purchased an aftermarket camera...but it would not have been as good as this Toyota one. I am glad I waited and thank Mr. Aronson for his attention to detail. Because of folks like him, Durant Toyota is the only place I would go to have my vehicle serviced...and when it comes time to replace the truck...I will buy from them again. More

I took my vehicle in last week for a recall problem I was notified about and David made arrangements for me to use a loaner vehicle so I could attend to some business I needed to take care of while I was in Weatherford. I greatly appreciated this as it saved me a lot of time since my car was at the dealership over 2 hours. I always ask for David Carlson because he is so nice to deal with. Early on I was greeted by a service rep by the name of Ryan when I first began taking my vehicle in for service and he was not friendly at all. I do not want to deal with this service rep at any time. I am writing this review because I want the dealership to know that David Carlson is an asset to your organization. Worked with Matt & Krista to locate a new 2010 4Runner that had all of the options we wanted.
