I had issues with the salesman under Gracie Judy, so I was transferred to Gracie in hopes to get a resolution. Gracie was horribly rude to me and told me to “google” the questions I had about a mistake th was transferred to Gracie in hopes to get a resolution. Gracie was horribly rude to me and told me to “google” the questions I had about a mistake that they made. After refusing to provide her name to me, Gracie hung up the phone on me without resolving the issue. I had to call back to get her name finally and reported the issues I had to a manager who did not seem happy about the experience I had. I’m not sure how someone like that has a job, but if you are reading this, you’ve been warned. I would absolutely avoid this dealership at all costs. More

In 29May25, I took my 2024 Toyota Corolla to Shottenkirk Toyota for my 2nd Car Care maintenance that came with my Corolla purchase a year ago. I waited in the comfortable lounge, watching tv and enjoyed a Toyota for my 2nd Car Care maintenance that came with my Corolla purchase a year ago. I waited in the comfortable lounge, watching tv and enjoyed a Cappuccino provided for those receiving a service. It was a pleasure getting my vehicle back quickly after an oil and filter change, tire rotation and a gasket changed. They did a car wash and a quick vacuum as well! I was very thankful for that! Manny was my service advisor and I appreciated his knowledge and customer service.
