He evaluated all my needs and Melissa brought me a printed with everything my Tacoma at the 114,000 miles that are currently on it. It was all done in timely professional manner and given back to me fresh washed and ready to go until my next Service mileage. I was disappointed. My previous experiences were awesome.. this one was disappointing. My first oil change since purchasing and 5000 mile check up. No one came out and told me anything about results. Were all fluids updated? Who knows? Not me because it wasn't reported in writing or verbally. Was everything mechanically perfect...who knows? Again, nothing in writing or verbally provided. My previous experiences were prior to the ownership change. I hope this experience is not reflecting future service experiences. I have always raved about the good service I have received. I sure hope this was a fluke. More
