The work was done right and well within a reasonable time There is one thing the service department needs to work on and that is making sure the customer is informed as soon as the vehicle is ready. This is There is one thing the service department needs to work on and that is making sure the customer is informed as soon as the vehicle is ready. This is the second time my wife has had to ask about the status of the car after having been waiting for some time and after seeing the car sitting outside apparently ready to go. Even if the paperwork is not yet ready you should inform the customer that the car is ready and will be available shortly then tell them when they can take the car. Otherwise the service was done correctly and the special wash the car received was almost like a full detailing. More

I went in to have some service done on my Toyota Tacoma. I walked over to look at a new/used one to see if they had a blue one. Long story short I drove away in that blue one. Everyone was very nice.
