Bait and Switch Came in to buy a used vehicle listed online for $12,300. After TTL, customer care fee, Admin fee, nitrogen fee, and fee fee, they told me the cost of Came in to buy a used vehicle listed online for $12,300. After TTL, customer care fee, Admin fee, nitrogen fee, and fee fee, they told me the cost of the car was almost 18K! TTL was about 1,400 on the car so it should have been no more than 14K at best. They went on a rant on how they were losing $3,800 on the car and they had to leave in the some of the extra fee's or they would just have to add them back to the price of the car. If the car is listed for a price, sell it for that price. It is not the buyers responsibility to cover your losses. Honor your word and stop fueling the negative perception of car dealers being the absolute worse people to work with. More

Never Called Back I called the dealership this morning 6-15-20 and asked for a service advisor. I got through to the service adviser as requested. I told the advisor that I have a P0420 and P0430 code stored in my Rav4's computer and Check Engine Light on. I also stated I have found a bulletin online that stated that the vehicle needed an ECM Calibration update. He put me on hold, did some checking and said they could do it. However, he stated he was new and he would get someone else to call me. I waited 6 hours still no call. This is UNACCEPTABLE, I don't recommend them and I won't be using this dealership. More
