For some reason an oil change takes entirely too long. I don’t feel like it should take 2 hours to get an oil change but for some reason it does every single time. I would recommend but with a warning that it’s going to take a long time. More

Scheduled 15K service; brought vehicle in and after over hour, service rep explained during last service visit mechanic over torgued wheels and they could not remove wheels for balancing; had to order speci hour, service rep explained during last service visit mechanic over torgued wheels and they could not remove wheels for balancing; had to order special tool to address lugs. Will have to reschedue to attend to wheels and perform recall repair for my pargticular vehicle. Appears dealer service has lapsed since owership change. More

Always Great Service I have purchased my last two Toyota Highlanders and my husband purchased his Rav4 here. I have always been happy with the service and the sales team I have purchased my last two Toyota Highlanders and my husband purchased his Rav4 here. I have always been happy with the service and the sales team. I was uncomfortable at the dealership on this visit because the service team did not wear masks. I think that Toyota should consider the health of its customers and its employees during this pandemic and require masks. I could only assume that, because masks were not worn, the service members driving and working on my car did not take other measures to sanitize my car. I feel that it is my responsibility to take care of myself during this pandemic - I do not have compromising health issues - but what about your customers who do have weak immune systems? Should you not take precautions "just in case", at least while the virus is so widespread in our state? More
