I believe her name was Gaby (?) In the service dept, was wonderful. She explained about the stupid rodents that ate my car, and what caused it. It took longer than I thought, but they gave me a loaner so I didn't have to rent a car. So, Gaby was great! They have a nice waiting area with large round tables, a fireplace, and a big screen TV. I bring my laptop to use with their free wireless internet, but never get too much work done before my car is ready to go. This is my #1 place to go for car service. More

I gave a 2 star review for customer service because the mandatory masks interfered with the personal interaction that we (my wife and I) have enjoyed as a customer of your dealership during the past decade. I cannot read someone's facial expressions when his or her face is covered by a hideous mask. In addition, I had trouble understanding what they were saying because the masks truncated/muffled their voices. More
