I love the friendly atmosphere- and fast service- I just haven’t been able to get my issue fixed in my car. Maybe third time is a charm. I only have Shottenkirk work on my car. They change the oil, and do the tire rotations as needed. The last time that I was there, I discovered that I was missing a lug nut. I called and the They change the oil, and do the tire rotations as needed. The last time that I was there, I discovered that I was missing a lug nut. I called and they replaced it. Then I bought two new tires and they charged me for another missing lug nut. They are the ones who must have lost it, but apparently it's my expense to fix their sloppy work. During the visit to install the 2 new tires, I got an oil change. They didn't update the oil change sticker and it still shows the old mileage. If I'm going to pay premium dealership prices, it would be nice if the service actually reflected the work being done. Terrible experience. More
