You really want me to tell everyone that you took 2 months to complete repairs on my car? That I called and left messages a couple times a week and NEVER got a call back? That I was told my insurance company wasn't responding yet when I called them they had NO calls from you beyond the initial contact? That I was so appalled at the treatment I received that 2 days after we got the car back we bought a new car from your competitor across the street and have no intention of ever dealing with you again? You can imagine my surprise to show up for my appointment, which I was told would be covered under warranty the month before when they diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts- only to be told t appointment, which I was told would be covered under warranty the month before when they diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts- only to be told that the parts were, in fact, NOT covered by a warranty. Then, after I questioned why it was covered during our first conversations and now it wasn’t.. I was met with a sharp attitude and a “people make mistakes”. There was absolutely zero effort to take accountability, apologize or any effort of customer service. I very much so felt like the “stupid female” and HOW DARE I question the MAN. More
